These terms are an agreement between you and Somi Technologies Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA. By creating an account or using Kippup, you agree to them. OurPrivacy page explains how we handle your data.

The service

Kippup is a shared calendar for friends and family: plans, invitations, polls, tasks, group chat and photos. It's free to use. It's an early version, so features may change, be added or be removed.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Sign in with an email address you control, or with Apple or Google. Keep access to it safe: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
• One account per person. Don't sign in as someone else.

Using Kippup

Use Kippup to plan things with people you know. Don't use it to:

• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone;
• share anything illegal, hateful or sexually explicit, or anything that exploits children;
• share other people's private information or photos without their permission;
• send spam or unwanted invitations, or add people to groups to annoy them;
• break, overload or get around the security of the service, or collect other people's data from it.

Your content

Plans, messages, photos and anything else you add stay yours. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, show and send that content only as needed to run Kippup, for example to show your message to the people in your group. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account. Only add content you have the right to share.

We don't review content before it's shared, but we may remove content or restrict an account that breaks these terms. To report something, email[email protected].

Our part

We own Kippup, its name, design and code. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms. We aim to keep Kippup running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may take it offline for maintenance.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kippup and delete your account at any time from You → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk, with notice where that's reasonable. If we ever stop running Kippup, we'll give you reasonable notice first.

Liability

Kippup is provided "as is" and "as available". Plans, reminders and times in Kippup are only as accurate as what people enter, so check anything important. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Kippup is limited to £100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under UK law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

If we make an important change, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Kippup after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute, except where you have a consumer right to bring proceedings where you live.
